Returns and exchanges may be made up to 30 days after receipt of goods.
No returns or exchanges on sale or reduced items.
If you decide that your purchase is not right, and need to exchange or return, please contact us before posting the item back. We will issue you with an "Authorisation to Exchange Number" (AEN). Goods must be received by us within 7 days of authorisation to be approved for exchange or refund.
Postage costs are not included in refunds.
Items must be received in original condition, having not ever been worn, with all tags and packaging in tact. Damaged or altered items will be returned to you.
When posting please include your invoice / receipt of purchase. If you are exchanging for another item, please ensure you include all relevant information with the parcel when you return it. By doing so, we can process your request quickly.
In the unlikely event of a faulty or incorrect item, we will gladly pay the postage costs for returning or replacing the item.
Should you return any item/s for reasons other than being faulty or incorrect then packaging and postage costs will be paid by you.

We will happily exchange or refund faulty items within 14 days in accordance with the terms set out by the Office of Consumer and Business Affairs. Just email us with your name, address, order number and the fault description. We will then send you our Reply Paid details to return your purchase free of charge.
